A step by step guide on how you can transform your beeswax wraps into a pouch.  Keeping your snacks and sandwiches fresh, while you’re out and about.

Step 1: Before you begin ensure that your hands are warm.  Rubbing them together for a few seconds, will provide the heat needed for the beeswax to stick together.

Step 2: Ensure your beeswax wrap is laid on a flat surface, diagonally in front of you.

Step 3: Take the bottom corner of your diamond and fold into the centre.

Step 4: Taking one the corner on the side,  just in from the edge, fold this corner into the middle.

Step 5: Repeat on the opposite side, by folding the corner into the centre.

Step 6: Using the heat of your hands, press down along the fold lines to stick them together.

Step 7: Place your sandwich or other snacks inside the pouch. Folder the top corner over and voila!

Don’t forget to clean your wraps after each use by washing them in cold soapy water.  Hang to dry and keep for next time.

We love using beeswax wraps and they are a much better, reusable alternative to single use clingfilm.  Plus they are a whole letter better for the environment and they’re super cute.

Have a large wrap or need a more substantial pouch?  All you need to do is to start by folding your beeswax wrap in half, corner to corner and then follow steps 3-7.
