Where is your shop?
Once we have the funding available, we will be updating you with where the shop is and the progress of the shop.
Until this time, we will be hosting market stalls and workshops until we are able to finance a shopfront and premises.

How do we organise talks and Workshops in your Business or School?
While Sophie, our founder and managing director has been booked for a lot of talks and workshops for the remainder of 2018 and early 2019, there may be space in the diary for other opportunities.

How are your products zero waste?
All of our products are carefully selected and provided by the most ethically and environmentally friendly sources wherever possible.
We choose items that are meant to last you for a lifetime, be fully compostable or recyclable, to enable you to reduce your landfill contributions, help you be prepared for situations where you may have relied on single use plastics and save you money in the long term.
All of our items are shipped in compostable or recyclable packaging so that no landfill contributions is passed onto you the customer.
Can I shop online?
You will be able to shop with us online once we have finalised setting up our online store, as you can imagine, this involves a lot of work behind the scenes to bring this to you.

How is your zero waste shop a social enterprise?
If you go to our ‘About Society Zero’ page we have a drop down menu explaining our aims and memorandum as a social enterprise/community interest company and how we intend to have a social impact other than just an environmental aims.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
Any promo codes you may have can only be used once and one at a time unless you are an affiliate or under special circumstance.
If you try to use one more than one promo code (again, this doesn’t include affiliate discounts) then we will have to cancel your order unfortunately.
Can you give me more information about your products?
Hopefully our product descriptions have enough details to help you make the right decision for your purchase but should you have any further questions, please contact us via our contact form or email email@example.com directly
Can you tell me if you’re getting an item back in stock?
We update through our newsletters, blog and across our social media outlets on products we have back in stock to let you know when it happens, any further queries please use our contact form.
What is your International Shipping Policy?
When shopping online becomes available we will be looking into adding this to our shipping policy.
Unfortunately and apologies for any inconvenience, we will not ship outwith the UK at the moment but we will be offering this option at some point in the future to extend coverage beyond, where possible and if feasible.
