Returns & Refunds

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your order so that we are able to deal with your query in a prompt manner.

We hope that you love your new products and are happy with your experience shopping with us, however, if you wish to return a product please email us at so we can help.

Please also note that we are only able to accept certain items up to 28 days from when the order has been placed.

Due to the nature of some of the products we stock, there are many that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send products back to us to ensure that we are able to accept a return. 

If there are any issues, or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us as we’ll get back to you right away with a solution.

Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders haven’t been called for, refused or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded to the account on the original order only, minus the original shipping cost.

Allergic reactions

We of course hope you have an amazing experience using the products we stock, however, everyone’s skin is different and as with all products, skincare reactions are possible.

Due to this we cannot be held responsible or liable in any part for any reaction, as this is down to the individual’s skin not the product itself.

With any form of skincare, haircare or cosmetics we recommend you always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if severe. All of the ingredients are on each product page, please read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient.

As we stock third party products – being we buy in our stock and do not manufacture the products ourselves – any and all product insurance and safety tests are completed and covered by the original manufacturers and we cannot be held liable or responsible.
