Serves 6.


  • 200g of red kidney beans, cooked
  • 50g of ground hazelnut or almond
  • 90g of spelt flour
  • 100g of cooked apple
  • 100ml of plant milk
  • 5 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 5 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of baking powder


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together and blend until smooth.

Bake for 25mins.

Cool on a rack before dividing in individual portions,

Store in an airtight container,
