Makes 1 loaf.


  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 100ml of milk or plant milk
  • 200g of ham or vegetarian option, diced
  • 150g of spelt flour
  • 75g of cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g of olives, stoned


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a cake tin lined with baking parchment.

Bake for 45mins. Cool on a rack before slicing and serving with fresh salad leaves.
