Makes 1 loaf.
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 100ml of milk or plant milk
- 200g of ham or vegetarian option, diced
- 150g of spelt flour
- 75g of cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 150g of olives, stoned
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a cake tin lined with baking parchment.
Bake for 45mins. Cool on a rack before slicing and serving with fresh salad leaves.
