Tiny Truthbrush – Children’s Bamboo Toothbrush with castor oil bristles

This new Truthbrush range toothbrush has soft plant based bristles which are 62% castor oil and 38% nylon.

The reason for the price increase for this new range, is because the bristles are more expensive to produce with castor oil, but a lot of parents have expressed that they would rather have less plastic for their children. We also only stock the unpackaged adult toothbrushes which are less expensive than the packaged toothbrushes.

The extremely cute panda design on the paper package was designed by Truthbrush friend, children’s author and illustrator Jane Cabrera.

Best Bit

Perfect sized for little mouths while still being ethically and beautifully produced by the wonderful Truthbrush. We love Truthbrush because after searching for ethically made products, bamboo toothbrushes were difficult to find, but Cat and Cat from TB were amazing with putting our anxieties at ease.

Top Tip

While these are more plant based bristles, unfortunately they won’t degrade so you’ll still have to remove the bristles with a pair of pliers, but with these cuties, that’s ok.

You can compost your handle or reuse it! We’ve seen some great reuses of these handles, share yours with us by tagging us in your social media posts!
