- 175g of salted butter, softened
- 90g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 200g of flour
- 1tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the four and the egg yolks.
Chill the dough in the fridge for about 1h.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut 20 circles.
Bake on a baking sheet for 8-10mins until golden.
Cool on a rack.
Store in an airtight container.
