What do with kiwi skins…

Once again, there’s a magic in the skin! Packed with antioxidants, the skin is edible but most people don’t.

Here is a way to not waste the benefits: kiwi skin crips!

Bake clean and dried kiwi skins sprinkled with a little bit of sugar of rapadura for approximately 20 mins in an oven heated to 160 degrees.

Cool on a rack and eat on the day.

They tend to lose their crispiness quickly!
